Return Policy

At CoreVolt, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened or used consumable accessories
  • Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@corevolt.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for eligible returns).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us at support@corevolt.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
